I found out today that Freedom Air had merged, but the new company is honoring their warranty. I thought my warranty was over, but the service technician checked and advised me that I still had 4 years left on it, so what would have been a $500 charge only cost me $90. The service guy was real nice.

Bill and Colton blew it out of the water
A drain clean seems minor, but it was not! Three-quarters of our house was backed up: all drains, sinks, shower and tub, kitchen sink. Bill Miller came out on a Sunday evening and was here over 3 hours. He tried all the equipment he had to clear the issues. He needed something more heavy duty that wasn鈥檛 in his van. He left our house after 10 at night and did not charge us a dime! Bill was able to fit us in on Tuesday and came with the equipment and another person, Colton Abts. They both worked so well together, and it was not a fast fix. When the job was done, I thought they were just packing up, getting all their things together. No, they bleached the toilet, the tub, and our walk-in shower where everything was previously backed up in! I can鈥檛 tell you how much we appreciated that. It took the stress down so much knowing we were going to have a job ahead of us, and that just made it so much easier! Literally from the beginning to the end Bill and Colton blew it out of the water! Thank you both so much.

Great guys... did an awesome job today, 4/21/26. Logan and Simon came at the beginning of the air unit installment. All were professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered to my understanding.
Totally pleased with the work
Justin was right on time and had everything he needed鈥攊ncluding new parts鈥攖o complete our scheduled project. Although there was some prep work required before he could install new parts, he finished in a short time. When he got here, I had asked him to show me the installation when he was finished and explain to me how it worked, how to tell if there was a problem, and any future maintenance or replacement need that could arise. He came to get me when he was finished and even offered to "lend me a hand" while walking since I have some mobility issues. He did a nice job of explaining the pieces and their function, as well as helped me understand what to look for if anything seemed "off" during operation. Totally pleased with the work and with Justin's friendly helpfulness.
