Very polite and professional
We had a maintenance appointment scheduled this week for our AC unit. The office kept us up to date as to when we could expect the technicians to arrive. The technicians then called when they were on their way with an ETA. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Both were very polite and professional. One assisted me in programming the new thermostat we got during the winter for the warmer season settings. The other technician took care of the maintenance of our unit in the basement and they both took care of the maintenance of our outside AC unit.

Several weeks ago, we experienced a power surge at our home which created electrical problems. We called Roland Down and inquired if they had electricians. They said they would send out Patrick Ravida, a Master Electrician, who arrived in a timely manner. We explained to Mr. Ravida the problem, and he immediately started investigating and discovered the cause. Mr. Ravida was very professional and explained clearly what repairs were needed. He spent many hours making repairs and suggested installing a whole home surge protector, which was installed. Because of Mr. Ravida's calm manner and knowledge, the entire issue was resolved. He is an asset to Roland Down 黑料社区. We have no hesitancy in recommending him.

5/25/26 service appointment 12 p.m.鈥�4 p.m. scheduled arrival time. I was super pleased to get a phone call at 11:30 notifying me they were available and on the way. Dale and Gary, my service technicians, are very pleasant, communicated well, and were quick in identifying the issue. I requested quotes on a full heating and cooling replacement of my 23-year-old system. We were able to come to an agreement on a system that would work for me, and I am pleased that they will be out the next day to install it. My hope is that the installation goes as smooth as my visit with Dale and Gary. Huge bonus point for not treating me like a dumb woman.

I am going to request Adam
Yesterday I had my yearly maintenance checkup. Roland J. Down sent Adam VanVaulkenburgh. First, Adam showed up on time and brought everything he needed to service my tankless hot water tank, furnace, and A/C units.
Adam was very knowledgeable of all these units. He was very efficient and took time to explain and answer all my questions. I have had many tech鈥檚 come to my home since 2017 to service all 3 of my units but in the future, I am going to request Adam!!

They Had a New Furnace Installed in 24 Hours
We've used Roland J. Down a few times over the last couple of years. After not being able to support any local-to-us businesses during an emergency due to lack of availability or even a call back, we contacted RJD and they had someone out within 24 hours. They have been our go-to for plumbing and heating since. Every time, we have been able to get a technician out quickly, they have all been polite and professional, and the jobs are handled efficiently with limited impact on our daily schedule, especially as I work from home. Our biggest job was an unexpected furnace replacement. They had a new furnace installed in 24 hours. I would highly recommend them.
