I have been a customer of Parker Pearce for decades, and I continue to be very happy with their promptness, service, and prices.
My HVAC system stopped blowing cold air around 2 p.m. a few days ago. The temperature outside that Saturday was in the 90s and rising inside my house very fast. Their expert technician, "Mr. May," arrived at 9 p.m. and saved the day. Mr. May asked a few questions and then reassured me he could fix my system and did so in about 20 minutes. Mr. May was highly skilled and very professional. I highly recommend Parker Pearce 黑料社区 (now known as CroppMetcalfe) for any HVAC related work.

William and Aaron arrived early in the allocated time window. They promptly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner coils and corrected it by cleaning the insulation material left over from a reconstruction job. A pair of knowledgeable skilled technicians evaluated my furnace and gave me good information about its condition, showing me a video of the inside heat exchanger, which exhibited numerous spots of rust. They did the same evaluation of the water heater, which was showing evidence of rust on the outside. They explained my options clearly and made sure I understood the costs. I appreciated the time they spent and their willingness to answer all my questions.
